I'm sure the contract attorneys are lining up for this one, exactly $410,000 heating & a/c costs in a huge building like this? Really? Please forward the documentation on this. And how about the quote at the end that "building green doesn't have to cost a penny more than conventional building". Who writes this stuff, isn't there an Editor to fact check? Good luck in Court!
